POCKET GPRS POWER ![]() Code: Monitoring and signalling system based on GPRS/GSM technology for applications of remote control and remote reading. Pocket GPRS Power is a system for the remote control ideal in applications with electric meters. In particular an extremely advanced system for the device management has been developed for a complete remote management and configuration both via CSD (data call at 9.6Kbps) and via TCP/IP packet in case of GPRS connection. The modem integrates also the SMS Alive and IP Alive function in oder to test the good operation of the device. Even for the device access security it has been implemented the management of a control list based on the CLI. Only if the number is in the list, it is possible to guarantee the access to the device for data transfer or maintenance. Particular attention has been placed in the carrying out of Pocket GPRS Power to guarantee its operation also in hard environments.
